论地质灾害与防治

文章在论述我国地质灾害研究会成立七年多来，地质灾害勘察、监测和防治工作成就的基础上，进一步论述了地质灾害的涵义、类型划分与发育分布规律；提出了防治理论深化研究的设相民，监测，预报的理论与方法研究的途径。

ON GEOLOGICAL HAZARD AND CONTROL

On the basis of the advances in the exploration, monitoring and prevention of geological hazard since the year 1989 of the foundation of the Chinese Associ ation of Geological Hazard, the definition, types and spatial distribution of geologichazardin China have benn presented in this paper. Some significant problems of prevention and control of geological hazard in China have also been discussed in detail. they includeing theoretical study, real-time monitoring and foresasting, geotechnical control, zonation, management policy and laws about geological hazard and control should be paid more attention in the study of ground water, kinetics and real-time for ecasting of geological hazard There are more than 11 geotechniques and their different combinations for the control of different types of geological hazard. Three types of monitoring method and the management policy for geological hazard have also been discussed.
