城市总体规划修编中对绿地系统规划的基本思考——关于北京城市绿地系统规划的研究与实践(一)

常规意义上的城市绿地系统规划经过多年的经验积累,已经初步形成规范,但是,在城市总体规划编制阶段同期开展城市绿地系统专项规划却是一个新的课题。结合北京城市总体规划修编,探讨在城市总体规划中绿地系统规划的工作目标、工作思路和工作阶段的划分,从城市绿地系统的规划范围、城市绿地概念的延伸等基本问题着手,寻求与城市总体规划建立对话关系,从而提升城市绿地系统规划的地位与作用。

Urban Green Space System Planning in the Revision of General Urban Planning ——Some Thoughts on Beijing Urban Green Space System Planning (Ⅰ)

It is argued in this paper that through the practices of urban green space system planning in normal sense,a set of rules has been developed,but its' still a new challenge to make the urban green space system planning along with the general urban planning.By combining with the revision of Beijing General Urban Planning,the aim,approach,and steps of green space system planning are explored in this article so as to construct a dialogue relationship between these two practices and enhance the position and function of the urban green space system planning.
