摘    要:讨论了工业循环冷却水系统常用缓蚀剂对采暖水系统软化水的缓蚀作用,发现除钼酸盐等少数药剂外,其余均需要通过Ca~(2 ),Mg~(2 ),OH~-等水中离子参与成膜才能起缓蚀作用。这些缓蚀剂不宜在软化水中使用;一些酸性介质缓蚀剂对软化水有很好的缓蚀作用。自制的MYN系列软化水缓蚀剂,只要控制Na_2MoO_4的浓度在15mg/L左右就对软化水介质有极好的缓蚀作用。

Abstract:The corrosion inhibition of corrosion inhibitor commonly used in industry cooling water in deminerized water in heating water system was discussed. It was found that all the chemicals required the aid of Ca2 ,Mg2 and OH- etc. in the water to form the film to provide corrosion resistance except few chemicals such as molybdate, etc. Therefore, it was not appropriate to use these inhibitors in deminerized water. Whereas, some corrosion inhibitors for acidic media exhibit excellent corrosion resistance in deminerized water. The MYN series corrosion inhibitors for deminerized water developed by Equipment Research Institute of Wuhan Petrochemical Plant had excellent corrosion resistance performance in deminerized water when the concentration of Na2MoO4 was controlled at about 15mg/L.
