| 摘 要： | 本文研究了在一般PC机上采用国产设备进行脱落细胞图像自动分析及处理。在整幅图像上能自动查找并标记出单个细胞,在边界跟踪和图像滤波中实现了优化和快速算法,经预处理及自动阈值选取,对细胞图像达到了较好的分割。能计算出细胞多种特征参数。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the method of using popular PC machine of the domestic product to analyze and process the castoff cell image automatically. Individual cell on the whole image can be automatically located and marked out The optimization and rapid algorithm are applied to the boundary tracing and image filtering. With pre-processing and automatic threshold value selection, a better separation of cell-image is achieved, And the multiple characteristic parameters of cells can be calculated. |
