浅谈CIMS的实施与化肥企业的发展

随着化肥流通体制的改革，化肥企业迎来了前所未有的挑战与机遇。化肥企业要适应竞争愈来愈激烈的市场经济，就只有及早实施计算机集成制造系统（ＣＩＭＳ）工程。任何企业都有能力实施ＣＩＭＳ，但不同企业应根据自身的实际情况来开发自己的ＣＩＭＳ。文中概述了ＣＩＭＳ，并结合青海盐湖集团公司阐述了ＣＩＭＳ的实施思路和具体应用过程中要注意的问题。

With the reform of the circulation system for chemical fertilizers, the chemical fertilizer enterprises face unprecedented challenges and opportunities.
