汽车爆胎压电传感器的设计

摘    要:爆胎是高速行驶汽车的重要危害。根据爆胎传感器的设计原则,进行了压电传感器的结构设计和制作。根据爆胎和正常泄气压电传感的信号,进行了爆胎特征判别电路的设计,爆胎压电传感器的现场实验表明:该传感器达到了爆胎特征识别的效果,为爆胎后车辆的控制系统及时提供了可靠信号。

Abstract:Tire burst is a damage to vehicle which travels fast. Piezoelectric sensor is analyzed and designed with tire burst sensor design principle. Tire burst characteristics judging circuit is designed with the single both tire burst and release. Test shows that the piezoelectric sensor can identify the tire burst characteristics ,which can give the reliable single to the control system.
