基于DSP的便携式超声波流量计的设计

摘    要:TMS320C55X系列是应用于通信与个人消费领域的数字信号处理器(DSP)芯片,它具有功耗小,实时处理能力强等优点;结合复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)技术,介绍了一种基于TMS320VC5509A与μPSD3422共同控制的便携式超声波流量计的设计;流量计采用时差测量法,根据所测得的时差计算出流体的瞬时流量,再通过积分求得累积流量;实验结果证明:该系统稳定,很好地解决了液体流量的测量问题。

Abstract:TMS320C55X series DSP applied in communication and individual consumption domain,has many merits of low power consumption and the capability of realtime processing.Combining CPLD,a portable ultrasonic flowmeter is given,which uses TMS320VC5509A DSP and μPSD3422 SOC(system on chip) as manipulative unit.The flowmeter adopts time difference measurement to figure out the instantaneous flux of the liquid,and then total flux with integralis got.The results demonstrate that the system runs steadily and the measuring question of liquid flux is accomplished perfectly.
