摘    要:针对CO2气体传感器在实际应用中,由于环境因素干扰而导致检测精度下降这一问题,提出了采用曲面拟合理论的数据融合方法来消除环境温度对传感器输出的干扰。实验是在气体和温度的二维标定系统中进行,实验温度为0~50℃,CO2气体体积分数为(0~2000)×10-6,标定点取36个。通过数据融合,有效地降低了温度变化对CO2气体传感器输出的干扰,提高了气体传感器和温度传感器的测量准确度。

Abstract:If there are environment obstacles existing,the accuracy of the carbon dioxide gas sensor will come down.The data fusion method is applied to solve this problem,and this method is based on the theory of curved surface consolidation.The experiment is operated in the gas & temperature fusion system,and the temperature of the experiment is 0~50 ℃;the volume fraction of the carbon dioxide is(0~2 000)×10-6;the number of the demarcation point is 36.By using the data fusion method,the obstacle which caused by the temperature change is effectively reduced on the output side of the carbon dioxide gas sensor,and accuracy of the gas sensor and the temperature sensor is raised.
