压电陶瓷传感器稳定性的仿真分析

摘    要:针对传感器测量高温体振动信号的稳定性问题,提出了将温度与结构特性相结合的仿真方法,讨论了温度场对压电陶瓷传感器稳定性产生的影响。根据压电陶瓷的正逆压电效应,采用ANSYS软件进行有限元仿真,得出了传感器稳定工作的频率范围和固有频率随温度变化的规律,并获得了固有频率和机电能量转换特性相对稳定的温度范围,由此为理论和试验分析提供了依据。分析实例体现了所采用的数值仿真方法在压电陶瓷传感器稳定性分析中的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:A coupled field analytical method for the vibration measurement of high temperature objects is presented, and the effect of temperature field on the stability of piezoelectric sensor is also discussed. Based on the piezoelectric-effect,the finite element simulation is applied to calculate the frequency range for steady work of sensor using ANSYS software, and the varying rule of the natural frequency affected by temperature field is obtained. The relative stable temperature ranges of the natural frequency and the conversion characteristic of electromechanical energy obtained from simulation and correlated theory can be used for the further theory and experimental analysis. All the results prove the validity and practicability of this simulation method on the stability analysis of piezoelectric sensor.
