提高AMP50—XL精锻机用系列锻模寿命技术

摘    要:通过对锻模的工作条件及失效分析,提出了提高AMP50-XL精锻机用系列锻模寿命的研究方案及途径。研制了新型模具材料CH95,并制定了其最佳热处理工艺主合理的离子氮化。经生产上应用表明;用CH95钢制造锻模使用寿命比用H11钢制造锻模和随机进口的3Cr3Mo3Co3V钢锻模的使用寿命分别提高5倍以上和1倍以上。

Abstract:A studying solution and way are suggested to im- prove service life of series forging dies for AMP5 0 - XL preci- sion forging machine by analysis on the working conditions and failure reasons of forging dies.A new material CH95 for the dies is developed and optimum heat treating and ionitriding processes are worked out.It is proved in practical application that the service life of forging die made of CH95 is 5 and 1 times more than that made of H1 1 steel and imported 3Cr3Mo3Co3V steel respectively.
