高校学生法律意识现状调查分析与对策

通过对20所高校部分学生的问卷调查，广大学生法律意识较强，法治观念和观点正确，学法、守法、用法的自觉性不断增强。但也存在一些“不学法、不懂法、不用法”的现象，认真分析，有其历史、现实、学校、家庭、学生自身等多方面的原因，对此，必须不断强化法治教育的针对性、实效性和结合性，着力培养大学生的法律意识。

Analysis and Measure Discussion on Present Situation of College Students' Law Consciousness

By the questionnaire Investigation into twenty colleges and universities students, it is found that extensive students have stronger law consciousness and rule concept ,and they strengthen the consciousness of learning law , abiding law, wielding law unceasingly. But there are some phenomena of not learning law, not knowing law, not wielding law. In history , reality, school, family, students themselves and so on. There are causes to bring out these phenomena. In order to resolve these problems, we must strengthen the pertinency , actual effect and comprehensiveness and make effort to train awareness of law of the college students.
