| 摘 要： | 采用双螺杆挤出加工，通过添加不同组分的改性助剂，制得夏利汽车聚丙烯内饰件专用料。对聚丙烯专用材料的综合性能进行了测评；并比较了聚丙烯品种、增韧剂、填充材料及聚乙烯对内饰件材料的改性效果；分析了生产工艺对材料性能的影响。据此确定了材料的最佳工艺参数和配方，并成功应用于夏利汽车内饰件。

| Abstract: | The special PP compound for the inner decorative parts of Xiali car were prepared by the addition of different modifiers by means of extrusion on twin-screw extruder. The comprehensive property of the compound was tested and evaluated. The effect of the variety of PP and the effects of toughening agents, filler and PE on the modification of the inner decorative parts were tested and compared. The effect of processing technology on the property of the compound was analyzed, and based on which the optimum technical parameters and formulations were proposed and applied to the inner decorative parts of Xiali car. |
