磁性磨料制备技术研究新进展

摘    要:磁粒研磨光整加工是一种很优异的光整加工方法,磁性磨料制备是该技术发展和广泛应用的关键。从磁性磨料制备技术及工艺方面综述了近几年来的最新研究进展,并对所述的制备方法进行评价。针对磁性磨料制备技术的特点,指出雾化快凝制备球形复合磁性磨料是一种有希望大规模工业化生产的有效方法。

Abstract:Magnetic abrasive finishing(MAF) is an excellent means of polishing,deburring and finishing for many parts.The fabrication of magnetic abrasive is critical for development and wide application of MAF.The new advancement of magnetic abrasive processe was reviewed and evaluated.According to characteristic of processes of magnetic abrasive,it is pointed out that the preparation method of spherical composite magnetic abrasive produced by gas-atomization and rapid-solidification is a promising approach for the large-scale industrial manufacture of magnetic abrasive.
