摘    要:研究不同温度热处理的纳米Ni基核壳微粒的结构以及由其组成的电流变液的性能,分析Ni基核壳结构微粒电流变液性能与处理温度以及所加载电场强度的关系。结果表明:不同温度热处理后微粒的远红外谱线、TEM图和XRD谱特征不同,同成分电流变液随微粒处理温度的提高,剪切强度减小;漏电电流密度呈现出相反的结果,处理温度越高漏电电流密度越小。

Abstract:By means of mechanical properties test and microstructure observation,the relationship between heat treatment temperature of nano-Ni group core-shell particles and mechanical properties under different electric field was studied.It is found that the FT-IR,TEM and XRD spectrum of different heat treated particle are diverse from each other,the shear stress of same composition ER fluid decreases with heat treatment temperature increasing.But the leakage current density of ER fluid leads to the opposite result.That is because the leakage current density of ER fluid decreases with increasing heat treatment temperature.
