摘    要:采用双辉渗金属技术在304不锈钢表面进行铜铈共渗以分析其渗层成分及硬度变化。使用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析仪等设备研究对比试验的试样渗层截面形貌和渗层成分。结果表明:随源极中铈的含量增加,渗层中铈和铜的含量增加,渗层增加,渗层表面沉积层减少;渗后试样表层硬度明显提高。解释了源极铈的含量对不锈钢渗铜的催渗作用。

Abstract:Copper and cerium were co-diffused on 304 stainless steel by double glow plasma technology.Microstructure and composition of diffusion layer were analysed by metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscopy,energy spectrum.The results show that with the content of cerium in source cathode increasing,the content of cerium and copper increases,the depth of diffusion layer becomes thick and the depth of deposition layer becomes thin.The hardness detection reveals that the surface hardness of diffused layer is obviously impoved.The effect catalytic cerium on the in filtration of copper was explained in this paper.
