摘    要:二硼化锆超高温陶瓷具有高熔点、高硬度、高热导率等优良性能,是一种性能优异的高温结构材料,具有广泛的应用前景。概述二硼化锆陶瓷的国内外研究进展;重点综述二硼化锆陶瓷材料的应用、制备以及烧结致密化的研究现状。

Abstract:Zirconium diboride ultra-high temperature ceramics are characteristic of high melting point,high hardness and thermal conductivity.These properties make it an attractive candidate for high temperature applications.The research status at home and abroad of ZrB2 ceramic materials is introduced,and application,preparation and sintering densification technology of ZrB2 ceramic materials are reviewed in this paper.
