摘    要:采用扫描电镜(SEM)、电子能谱仪(EDS)等手段研究电解液中加入MoS2对铝合金硬质阳极氧化过程、氧化膜层微观形貌及表面成分的影响。结果表明:MoS2均匀分布于硬质氧化膜层中;MoS2的加入提高了铝合金硬质氧化的氧化电压,使氧化过程U-t曲线更加平稳,同时减少了氧化膜孔隙率,使氧化膜更致密。

Abstract:MoS2 was used as additive in the electrolytes during anodic oxidization of aluminium alloys.The growth process,surface morphology and composition of hard anodic oxide coatings were investigated by SEM and EDS analysis.The results show that MoS2 addition makes the U-t curves of anodic process become smoother,and results in a positively shifted anodic oxide voltage.MoS2 is distributed uniformly in hard anodic oxide film,and the compactness of hard anodic oxide film is improved in the electrolyte.
