摘    要:国家精品课程建设作为教育部"质量工程"的重要组成部分,众多专家、学者对其进行了理论探索。主要集中在:精品课程具有"一流性"和"特色性"的内涵与定位;师资队伍建设、教学内容建设、教学方法与手段建设、教材建设、教学管理建设等基本建设内容;构建模式、教学模式、开发模式等多种建设模式;评审指标、评价模式、网络教学资源等评估要素;推广机制、利用机制、共享机制等建设模式;建设中还存在对象狭隘、手段简单化、实践性不强、评审指标与管理模糊等问题,因此应在扩大覆盖面、重视实践教学、改善评估方式、加强课程网络资源建设以实现优质教育资源的共享等方面加大建设力度。

Abstract:Construction of national quality course is an important part of the "Quality Project" of the Ministry of Education.Many experts and scholars have made theoretical exploration,which mainly concentrated in the following aspects: the quality course possesses the content and positioning of "first class" and "characteristics";the infrastructure elements of construction such as teaching staff,teaching content,teaching methods and means,teaching materials and teaching management;building model,teaching model,development model and other construction mode;the assessment of elements such as evaluation index,evaluation mode,network teaching resources;the building mechanism such as promotion mechanisms,using mechanisms and sharing mechanisms;the problems such as narrow object,means simplicity,weak practicality,fuzzy assessment and management indicators which exist in the construction.So the coverage should be expanded,more attention shuold be paid to the practice teaching;the assessment methods should be improved and the construction of curriculum network resources should be strengthened.
