| 摘 要： | 分析了城市污水处理的现状,以及处理过程中存在的不足,针对天津某污水处理厂生产需求,结合污水处理过程的流程性和阶段性特点,阐述了一种基于以太网,处理过程局部控制和流程化一体控制相结合的方案。电气控制采用AB公司PLC控制器与上位机结合的方式,实现了全方位优化控制,有效改善了工作条件,提高了控制性能,达到节能降耗目标。通过现场系统的调试运行,验证了所设计控制系统的正确性和有效性。

| Abstract: | The status of municipal sewage treatment was analyzed,include lots of deficiencies of the processing.For the production requirements of a sewage treatment plant in Tianjin,combined with characteristics of processes and stages of the process,a integration control program combined with part control in processing was elaborated which is based on Ethernet.The electrical control system was composed of the position machine and PLC provided by AB company.It achieved a full range of optimal control,improved the working conditions and the control performance,achieved energy saving targets.Actual running shows that it is reliable and efficient. |
