| 摘 要： | 管理信息系统的建设需要遵循信息系统建设的客观规律,不能急于求成。系统建设的难点在于其功能需求总是在变。通过回顾在国家电网公司"十一五"信息发展规划指导下,湖南省电力公司按照现代软件工程学原理,采用迭代推进式方法试点建设生产管理信息系统的过程,再现了一个大型软件系统建设的重要步骤:需求分析、设计开发、测试、部署、培训、运维、评价反馈、迭代式推进等。系统最终以高分通过国家电网公司实用化评价。希望湖南省电力公司生产管理信息系统建设的一点经验,能为其他信息系统建设提供参考。
