基于Epoll机制用电信息采集技术的研究与实现

随着电力供求关系的变化和电力系统信息化建设力度的不断加强,原有的现场管理系统越来越难以满足各省电力公司快速响应市场变化的需要,因此在通用分组无线服务(GPRS,General Packet Radio Service)技术的基础上,提出了一种采用 Linux Epoll 机制能够覆盖各级电力公司的用电信息实时数据采集系统。通过全面规范系统功能、技术架构和通信规约,构建起一个信息高度共享、运转通畅、科学规范的实时数据采集与监控平台,为提高客户现场管理的实时化程度, 开展电网损耗分析等管理工作提供了有效的技术支持, 同时为营销业务服务水平的提高提供了更为有效的技术保障。
