| 摘 要： | 财务集约化管理是国家电网公司顺应国际管理趋势,推进集团化财务管理的一项重要变革,信息化支撑对国家电网公司顺利实现财务集约化管理起着重要作用,经过大规模的财务信息化建设,已取得阶段性成果:一些主要的财务基础信息得以统一和固化,凭证协同抵消业务实现了自动化、智能化,集团报表实现快速生成,财务及时反映经济活动的能力大大加强,信息化同财务管理的有效结合,整体提升了国家电网公司的财务管理水平,为国家电网公司实现集团化财务管控奠定了基础。
