摘    要:某电厂超临界600 MW机组锅炉的双级动叶片调节轴流一次风机运行2年后出现了不规律间歇性振动,水平振动达11 mm/s以上.通过测试,认为风机执行机构严重磨损造成两级动叶开度不同步是引起振动的主要原因.对此,更换一、二级执行机构的铜套后振动消除.

Abstract:After about two years in operation,non-regular intermittent vibration had occurred on axialflow primary air fan with double-stage moving blades regulation equipped for boiler of supercritical 600 MW unit in one power plant.Through test,it is believed that the main cause resulting in vibration is serious abrasion on the actuator of said fan.For this,the copper bushes of first-and secondary-stage actuators have been replaced,and the vibration being eliminated.The parts of fan’s actuator are easily to be abraded and failed,resulting in non-synchronizing fault in opening degree of the double-stage moving blades,thereby leading to vibration of the air fans.
