纤维素酶法提取南瓜多糖的工艺研究

摘    要:采用纤维素酶法提取南瓜多糖。采用单因素试验设计考察了不同料液比、纤维素酶浓度、提取温度、冷冻时间对南瓜多糖提取率和纯度的影响,并通过正交试验确定了南瓜多糖的最佳纤维素酶法提取工艺为:料液比1∶30,纤维素酶浓度0.7%,提取温度50℃,冷冻时间30 h,在此条件下提取率为12.146%,纯度为36.942%。

Abstract:The cellulase method was adopted in pumpkin polysaccharide extraction.Single factor experiments were conducted to examine the effects of the solid-liquid ratio,cellulase concentration,extraction temperature and refrigeration time on the extraction yield and purity of polysaccharide from pumpkin.The best extraction conditions for cellulase extraction were determined through orthogonal tests analysis.The optimal conditions of extraction were as follows: the solid-liquid ratio 1∶30,cellulase concentration of 0.7%,extraction temperature of 50 ℃ and refrigeration time of 24 h.Under these conditions,the extraction yield was 12.146%,and the purity was 36.942%.
