中频弯管监控系统

摘    要:介绍了中频弯管自动监控系统的基本设计思想和该系统的原理。分析了该系统的结构形式,特别针对实时多任务操作系统对该监控系统性能的重要影响,以及iR-MX86forPC的特点进行了深入分析。对广泛流行的BORLANDC的某些函数不能重入,影响到它在多任务环境下的应用,提出了一种简洁有效的解决方法:设置专用任务集中处理不可重入函数,利用信箱机制解决同步问题。

Abstract:This paper introduces the fundamental design idea and principal of monitor and control system for induction bending. First, according to the current production situation and development of the technology, it is pointed out that the system be both a production equipment and a test platform. Seconds, the other key problems related to the system are discussed, as well as the structure of it. Discussed in detail is the necessity of the system to adopt real-time multitask operation system. The paper also gives an effective solution to the problem that some functions in Borland C can not be reentered by setting a special task to deal with non-reentered functions and using a mailbox for synchronization.
