紫外光固化环氧丙烯酸酯/纳米SiO_2复合胶粘剂的研制

摘    要:以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为无机前驱体,γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)为硅烷偶联剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制得纳米二氧化硅(nano-SiO2);然后在自制EA(环氧丙烯酸酯)预聚物中加入nano-SiO2和光引发剂,制成可UV(紫外光)固化的EA/nano-SiO2复合胶粘剂。研究结果表明:nano-SiO2具有尺寸均匀、分散性好等特点,其平均粒径为50 nm左右;复合胶粘剂的力学性能随TEOS含量增加呈先升后降态势,当w(TEOS)=20%(相对于EA质量而言)时,复合胶粘剂的力学性能达到相对最大值,说明少量nano-SiO2能同时达到增强增韧的效果。

Abstract:With tetraethoxy silane(TEOS) as inorganic precursor,γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane(KH-570) as silane coupler,a nano-SiO2 was prepared by sol-gel.Then,an UV-curable composite adhesive based on EA(epoxy acrylate)/nano-SiO2 was prepared by adding nano-SiO2 and photoinitiator into self-made EA prepolymer.The research results showed that the nano-SiO2 with average particle size about 50 nm had uniform size and good dispersion.A few nano-SiO2 could simultaneously achieve the strengthening and toughening effect because the mechanical properties of composite adhesive,which had trend of rise-fall with increasing TEOS contents,were relative maximum when mass fraction of TEOS was 20% in EA.
