| 摘 要： | 介绍以PLC为控制系统核心,并用触摸屏和琴式按键操作台对材料制备过程及充填过程进行观测、控制的煤矿充填材料制备工艺控制系统。根据设计要求和实际工况设计了新型沉筒式液位计,作为在高温、重粉尘、蒸汽、搅拌及材料有较强粘附性和凝固性情况下的液位检测装置。

| Abstract: | The production process control system of coal mine filling material is introduced, which uses PLC as the core of control system. The touch screen and the jean type key work station are used to observe, regulate and control the filling processes. A liquid level gauge is designed according to the practical working condition and designed requirement, which is used under the situation of high temperature, heavy dust, steam, mixing and the materials have strong adhesion and solidification. |
