电瓷机械磨削中金刚石砂轮平衡问题探讨

摘    要:对电瓷机械磨削中金刚石砂轮的平衡问题进行了分析,认为离心力的作用是造成零部件磨损、机器振动的主要原因之一。建议对新采购的砂轮应建立严格的检查验收制度并考虑砂轮的总体质量。砂轮应平衡安装,正确使用和保养砂轮;最后指出了金刚石砂轮向高转速高精度方向发展是必然趋势。

Abstract:An analyse is made on the balance problem with diamond grinding wheel in electric porcelain mechanical grinding processing. It proved that the effect of centrifugal forces is the one of main causes for components abrasion and machine vibration. The measures when diamond grinding wheel is adopted for grinding insulator bushing are proposed as follows, considering the whole quality at acquisition the diamond grinding wheel;setting up the acceptance examination system; balancing the diamond grinding wheel at installation; proper operation and maintenance of the diamond wheel. Finally, the author points out that it is inevitable to develop higher rotational speed and accuracy for diamond grinding wheel.
