焦化富气脱硫装置运行问题分析及对策

摘    要:中国石化镇海炼化分公司焦化富气脱硫装置在运行过程中暴露出设备腐蚀、胺液发泡、脱硫后焦化富气中H2S含量超标、溶剂消耗量大等诸多问题。针对上述问题,采取了设备材质升级、使用HT-825A型胺液净化设备等措施,使贫胺液中热稳定性盐的质量分数由原来的约10.00%降至0.76%,脱硫后焦化富气中的H2S含量降低至小于100mg/m^3从而减缓了设备腐蚀,降低了溶剂的消耗量。
