| 摘 要： | 目前国内乙烯装置急冷系统操作大部分不理想，尤其是急冷油系统的操作参数与设计值偏离很大。为了解决该实际问题，笔者摸索出一套急冷系统的正确模拟计算方法，为将来乙烯装置的改造和国产化技术的应用打下基础。

| Abstract: | The operation of quench systems in domestic ethylene plants are not very good until now, especially the operating parameters of quench oil system deviate from the design parameters. In order to solve the problem, the authors have found out a method to simulate quench system, laying solid theory foundation for the revamping of existing ethylene plant and the domestic design of large-scale ethylene plant. |
