透水模板布的分形特征

摘    要:采用像素点覆盖法在MATLAB环境下实现对透水模板布(CPFL)淤堵前后2种状态下SEM图像分形计盒维数的计算,分析透水模板布淤堵前后的分形特征。研究发现,淤堵后过滤层表面分形计盒维数明显增高;淤堵前后过滤层断面的计盒维数都小于相应的排水层断面;过滤层和排水层断面淤堵后分形计盒维数降低,过滤层降低幅度更大。从分形的角度阐述了CPFL过滤层和排水层纤维组织结构的不同,以及CPFL淤堵前后组织结构的明显变化,提出了判断CPFL重复使用的量化评价方法。

Abstract:In the MATLAB environment,the fractal box-counting dimension of an SEM image before and after clogging were calculated with the pixel-covering method.The fractal properties of infiltrating formwork texture before and after clogging were analyzed.This study shows a significant increase in fractal box-counting dimensions on the surface of the filtering layer after infiltrating formwork texture clogging.The fractal box-counting dimensions of the section of filtering layer before and after clogging are both less than the corresponding dimensions of the drainage layer.A decline in fractal box-counting dimensions appeared on both the surface of the filtering layer and the drainage layer after infiltrating formwork texture clogging,and the decrease of the filtering layer is larger.From the fractal perspective,the difference of fiber structure between the filtering layer and the drainage layer of the infiltrating formwork texture is described.A new quantitative evaluation method for repeated use of infiltrating formwork texture is put forward.
