生物催化在化妆品工业上的应用进展

摘    要:生物催化是精细化工和制药工业有用的工具。提到生物催化,我们通常会想到外消旋物的动力学拆分和手性合成。化妆品行业上已经建立了生物催化过程来生产如十六烷基蓖麻醇酸酯等化妆品工业中应用的酯。尽管生物催化已经建立,但因为可供利用的商业酶还很少,所以仍然只作为工业上应用的众多催化方法之一。

Abstract:Biocatalysis has been proven to be a valuable and powerful tool in the production of fine and pharmaceutical chemicals. When considering biocatalysis, terms like kinetic racemic resolution or chiral syntheses immediately come to mind. Biocat-alytic production processes have been set up for the manufacture of special esters like cetyl ricinoleate, so-called emollient esters, used as skin caring oils in cremes and lotions. Despite the increasing application of this process, biocatalysis may only be regarded as one catalysis tool among others, mainly because there are only a few off-the-shelf biocatalysts ready for use.
