| 摘 要： | 在对阿联酋迪拜市胶粉生产工厂的现状及需求进行分析的基础上，设计了基于组态软件力控和可编程控制器的监控系统方案。经过长时间持续运行，该监控系统稳定、实用，使工厂的自动化水平大大提高，方便现场人员的操作，提高了工作效率。

| Abstract: | In connection with the present conditions and demand of production dispatch system in the latex powder plant of dibai, UAE, this paper presents a monitoring system based on configure software ForceControl and PLC . Continue running proves the system's stability and practicability. The monitoring system improves the automation of the plant greatly, makes operation simplified, and improves the efficiency. |
