| 摘 要： | 介绍考虑稳定控制措施后的归一化能量函数在河南电网暂态稳定性分析中的应用。通过归一化转子运动方程，定义了稳定控制措施投入后的归一化能量函数使之适用于在故障后系统惯性中心和运行发电机数目发生变化的情况下进行电力系统暂态稳定性评估，并在此基础上提出考虑稳定控制措施的稳定裕度分析策略。通过在河南省网暂态评估中的应用说明策略的有效性。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the practice of applying normalized transient energy function (NEF) for transient stability assessment (TSA) in Henan power network with transient stability control. Physical analysis of post power system including generator and load tripping control is presented in the sense of NEF. The strategy for transient stability assessment incorporating NEF is proposed for power system with stability control measures. Application of the strategy on the power network of Henan province is described and case studies are given to show the validity of the strategy in TSA. |
