微波照射下矿物颗粒温度分布及影响因素分析

摘    要:以黄铁矿和方解石组成的矿物颗粒为研究对象, 利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了三维数值计算模型, 分析了微波场矿物颗粒的温度分布及演化特征, 并考虑了微波照射时间、功率密度及矿物晶体尺寸的影响作用。结果表明: 微波场中矿物中心温度最高, 黄铁矿内部温差较低, 方解石内部温差较大, 不同微波照射时间下温度分布相似; 矿物颗粒的中心温度、表面温度、内外温差及升温速率都与功率密度呈线性增长关系, 与黄铁矿晶体大小呈指数增长关系。

Abstract:With  ore particles composed of pyrite and calcite as study object, a three-dimensional model was established based on ABAQUS finite element software to analyze the temperature distribution and evolution characteristics of the ore particles in microwave field. The effects of irradiation time, power density and crystal size were investigated. The results show that the highest temperature is in the center of the ore particle in the microwave field. The temperature varies greatly in calcite but little in pyrite. The temperature distributions are similar under the condition of different irradiation time. The center and surface temperature, inside and outside temperature difference and the heating rate of the ore particles rises linearly with the power density but exponentially with the crystal size of pyrite.
