摘    要:针对贵州某微细浸染型金矿, 采用硫氰酸盐法进行浸出试验研究。通过试验得出直接浸出条件为: NH4SCN用量0.4 mol/L, KMnO4用量10 g/L, pH=2, 液固比4∶1, 在此条件下, 金浸出率为49.71%。将原矿进行强化浸出, 在Q-1和Q-3联合作用并增加充气的条件下, 浸出条件与直接浸出一致, 金浸出率明显高于直接浸出的浸出率, 高达86.16%。

Abstract:For the micro-disseminated gold ore from Guizhou Province in China, experiment was conducted with thiocyanate leaching. Through a series of tests, the direct leaching conditions are ultimately determined as follows:  with doses of NH4SCN and KMnO4 recommended at 0.4 mol/L and 10 g/L respectively, pH value at 2 and a liquid-solid ratio of 4∶1, the gold leaching ratio can reach 49.71%. Moreover, if an intensified leaching process is adopted by using a combination of Q-1 and Q-3, as well as increasing aeration, the gold leaching ratio can be obviously increased up to 86.16% with other conditions same as that of direct leaching.
