基于射频技术的加速度传感器性能测试台设计

摘    要:介绍了一种基于2.4G射频芯片nRF2401的加速度传感器性能测试台的实现方法,详细介绍了加速度传感器性能的测试原理和加速度传感器性能测试台的实现方法。在该系统中,采用PIC单片机PIC16F877A对加速度传感器的输出信号进行采集后通过射频芯片nRF2401将其传入工控机中,同时采用NI LabVIEW对采集的数据进行分析。射频技术解决了数据采集中旋转部分与静止部分的接线困难问题,使数据能正确快速地采集。

Abstract:This thesis introduced the method of realizing acceleration sensor performance test platform based on 2.4G radio frequency chip nRF2401 and the test principle of the acceleration sensor performance and the method of realizing the acceleration sensor performance test platform in detail. In this system, it uses PIC single chip computer PIC16F877A to collect the sending data from acceleration sensor, them transmits the data into industrial controlling computer by radio frequency chip nRF2401 and simultaneously analyzes the gathered data by NI LabVIEW. The radio frequency technology solved the problem that in the data acquisition process the rotating part has had some difficulties in wiring with the standstill part and is able to gather the data fast and correct.
