摘    要:发展电动汽车,实现汽车工业的可持续发展,创造我国的绿色GDP,已经形成了共识.电动汽车的推广与使用将为充换电站提供广阔的天地,同时也为推进DSM带来机遇.从电力需求侧管理的角度分析了电动车有序充放电模式,得出必须在峰谷电差价政策的前提下,加大换电站的建设,使充电站像加油站一样,存放大量的电池,来引导电动车有序充放电.

Abstract:The development of electric vehicles helps automotive industry maintain sustainable development in China, in order to create China's green GDP, using renewable energy instead of nonrenewable energy receives consensus. The promotion of using electric vehicles provides vast potential for developing charging stations and improving production of power plant, and creates opportunities to promote DSM. This article from the perspective of demand side management of electric vehicles analyzes orderly charge-discharge mode and draws the conclusion that on the premise of peak-valley power price difference policy, increasing charging station construction, resembling gas stations, charging stations store a lot of charging batteries, to serve the orderly charging of electric vehicles.
