精冲机静压导轨的油膜刚度设计及控制

摘    要:根据精冲机滑块的高精度导向要求,选择精冲液压机滑块导向形式为静压导轨结构,设计精冲液压机滑块导向机构,由左右2副对称导轨组成,每副导轨又各设置2个主油垫和2个副油垫,以此增加油膜的强度和刚度,并计算静压导轨承载能力及油膜刚度,研究静压导轨油膜厚度控制方式。

Abstract:According to the high-precision request of fine-blanking machine''s slipper guide, the hydrostatic guide rail is chosen as the guide form of slipper guide of hydraulic fine-blanking machine. Fine-blanking machine''s slipper guide mechanism is designed, which consists of two symmetrical guide rails on the left and right and each of them has two main and two subsidiary oil pads to improve the strength and rigidity of oil film. The hydrostatic guide''s bearing capacity and oil film rigidity are calculated. The control method of hydrostatic guide rail''s oil film thickness is researched.
