电力调度机构管理信息系统(MIS)设计构想

遵循总体规划、分步实施、整体最优的设计原则,采用模块化、角色化、流程化、个性化、集中化、规范化、简单化的设计思路,提出了一种新的电力调度机构管理信息系统(MIS)设计构想.该设计构想展望了电力调度机构MIS规划建设的长远目标,并提出一套较为完整的建设实施方案,对电力调度机构MIS建设具有借鉴作用.

Design Scheme of Management Information System of Power Dispatching Agency

The management information system (MIS) of power dispatching agency is one of the most important component in the process of informatization. Taking into considerations of the characteristics of power dispatching agency, a new design scheme of MIS, which follows the design principles of general plan, is proposed in this paper to realize the design ideas of MIS, including to be role-based, process-oriented, personalized, centralized, standardized and simplified. This new design scheme of MIS looks ahead to a long-term goal of the MIS construction and sets a strategy to accomplish it. The design scheme presented in this paper can give reference for construction of MIS in the future.
