高压供电系统自适应保护的研究

摘    要:针对内部高压供电系统继保装置接受错误指令越级跳闸问题,提出了一种独立的自适应保护装置方案.对线路的电流,电压进行实时的分析和监控,自动改变继保装置的整定值和特性,以提高过流装置的可靠性、灵敏性,实现了速断保护的纵向选择性,为电网长期存在因电网故障引起的越级跳闸等安全问题提出了依据.

Abstract:Aiming at the relay protection devices receiving wrong instruction to override trips in inside high voltage power supply system, proposed an independent self-adaption protection scheme. It analyses and monitors current and voltage of lines real-timly, automatically changes the settings and properties of relay protection devices, thus it improves the reliability and sensitivity of over current protection, realizes the vertical selectivity of instantaneous trip protection, it offers the reference to concerning the long existing override trip problems result from power network failures.
