| 摘 要： | 针对目前配网调度管理工作流程中存在的安全隐患,提出了在配网调度端实现覆盖配网调度操作全过程的全网综合防误安全校核的系统设计.该系统结合利用全网拓扑和潮流分析,实现在拟票、模拟预演、实时遥控过程中进行全面的综合防误校核,消除配网调度操作的安全隐患.

| Abstract: | Aiming at the hidden safety troubles that exist in the dispatching operations of the distribution network, this paper presents the system design of the comprehensive anti-misoperation checking that covers the whole operating process of the distribution network dispatching. The system combines the use of topological analysis and power flow calculation to process comprehensive anti-misoperation checking in operation of the ticket, simulation and real-time control, to eliminate the hidden safety troubles. |
