支承架数值模拟应用

摘    要:利用Pro/e对毛坯、模具进行三维造型,利用模拟软件DEFORM-3D对支承架等温锻造成形过程进行数值模拟,得到成形过程中锻件的填充情况以及成形载荷、应变场和应力场的场量分布。通过对比实际零件生产情况再次证明了该软件模拟的可行性及有效性。基于模拟结果,对锻造缺陷的成因进行了初步分析,并提出了成形工艺及模具设计的改进建议。

Abstract:This paper simulated the isothermal forging process of supporting bracket by three-dimensional solid geometries modeling of billet and dies with Pro/e software, gave knowledge of the strain field, stress field and so on. Compared with the productive forging condition, it proves the validity and utility again. Based on the simulation result, some primary analyses to forging flaws have been made and improving suggestions to forging process and die design have been brought forward.
