摘    要:三门峡水电站轴流转浆式机组水轮机叶片在运行中频繁出现裂纹,介绍了叶片裂纹的分析和处理,并针对叶片叶型设计对裂纹的影响,在机组增容改造中予以改善.

Abstract:Cracks emerge frequently in the turbine blade in the operation of axial flow adjustable blade turbine unit in Sanmenxia hydropower station. This paper introduces the analysis and treatment on the blade cracks, and makes improvement on turbine unit capacity increasement in the light of the influence of blade shape design to cracks.
