复杂机电系统的全局耦合建模方法及仿真研究

摘    要:运用键合图和功率拓扑键合图,建立了一个典型复杂机电系统——高速轧机的全局耦合动力学模型,揭示了各子系统之间的耦合关系,分析了由于耦合导致的影响,借助拓扑约束键及因果线,系统数学模型可由子系统数学模型分立——联合运行求解,大大降低了模型的病态程度和仿真时间;数学模型高度模块化,因而可方便地拆卸、拼装以适用于不同类型的轧机。对研究结果进行对比表明所建立的全局耦合动力学模型比一般孤立系统动力学模型更接近实测数据。方法具有一般意义,可用于其他复杂机电系统的动力学建模和分析。

Abstract:A global coupling dynamic model of a temper mill system is established by using bond graph and power topo-bond graph, coupling properties are depicted and its effects are analysed. With the aid of topo-bond and its causal bar, the solution of global mathematical model of the whole system is found on the basis of finding the solution of subsystem. Therefore, mathematical model stiffness and simulation time are greatly reduced. Since the global coupling model of the whole system is highly of modularity, it can be took down or spliced conveniently for different rolling mill systems. The study shows that simulation results of global mathematical model are much closer to experimental results than that of isolated mathematical model. The proposed method may be commonly applied to modelling and analysis of other complex electromechanical systems.
