| 摘 要： | 供应链融资是从供应链角度对中小企业开展综合授信,并将针对单个企业的风险管理转变为对供应链的风险管理。通过运用博弈模型,分别对3种供应链基本融资模式——信用担保融资模式、存货质押融资模式以及应收账款质押融资模式下的中小企业融资行为进行分析并比较各模式的优劣势,进而认为银行和企业均更倾向于采用应收账款质押融资模式。

| Abstract: | Supply chain financing carries out a comprehensive credit for the SMEs（Small and medium enterprises） from the view of supply chain,it changes the risk management for a single enterprise into the supply chain risk management.This paper uses game model to give analysis on the SMEs＇ financing behaviors of three kinds of basic financing modes of supply chain-the financing mode on credit guarantee,the financing mode on stock collateral and the financing mode on receivables respectively,and to compare strengths and weaknesses of each mode.Furthermore,a conclusion is given that both banks and SMEs are inclined to use the financing mode on receivables. |
