芭蕉河一级水电站混凝土面板坝关键部位施工技术

摘    要:芭蕉河一级水电站工程大坝面板混凝土和坝体填筑施工及质量控制方法等均有所创新,具体包括;提出并应用面板混凝土基础“微约束”处理法;面板混凝土配合比选用新型外加剂;采用滑模“全滑升”施工工艺;坝体上游面成功地应用挤压式混凝土边墙施工技术,采取有效的接坡处理方式等,取得了很好的成效。

Abstract:The filling and quality control method of the concrete face slab and dam body for the Bajiaohe Fist-cascade Hydropower Station all has some innovation.It includes:proposing and using the micro-restraint treatment for face slab concrete foundation;adopting new-type admixture for the mixing proportion of slab concrete;adopting the slipform "full-rising" construction technique;applying squeezed-type concrete side-wall construction technology in the upstream dam face;and taking effective connecting-slope treatment way etc.which has gained very good effectiveness.
