斜坡式升船机摩擦过驼峰技术

摘    要:戍浦江河口大闸斜坡式升船机工程是该工程所攻克的主要技术难题之一。文中探讨了斜坡式升船机沿斜坡上升、峰顶水平运行、沿斜坡下降等运行过程中的控制及绞车与摩擦轮的配合等问题,并对调试过程中出现的问题进行了详细的分析。经过现场调试,运行情况良好。

Abstract:The construction of inclined ship elevator is one of the key technical problems in the project of Shupu River Estuary Sluice.The problems of the control and the matching between the winch and the friction wheels during up-going along the slope,horizontally passing over the hump and lowering down along the slope of the traction tracks for the elevator are discussed,from which the problems during the commissioning of the elevator are analyzed in detail as well.After the commissioning,the elevator operates satisfactorily.
