基于车门安全性的结构轻量化研究

摘    要:利用有限元法分析前车门的第一阶弯曲模态和垂直刚度,并在此基础上,以垂直刚度状态下的车门为重点研究对象,通过选择有效的设计变量,在满足模态和刚度性能的条件下,以车门总成质量最小为目标函数进行优化。最后综合考虑各关键部件强度间的相关性,研究车门关键结构件厚度和强度的合理匹配,在保证车门侧面碰撞安全性能的前提下,实现了车门减重10%左右。

Abstract:The stiffness and the first order-bending mode of front door were investigated by finite element method.And,the stiffness of the door was emphatically selected as the research object in this research.The target of optimization was to minimize the total weight of the door on condition of satisfying the requirement for these performances.According to the structural property of door,the door safety was discussed through the rational distribution of the strength and thickness of the door important structural components.Finally,it showed that the mass of door was reduced by 10% comparing with the original design.
