裸眼3D液晶屏的装配技术方案

摘    要:讨论了裸眼立体显示器的光学结构及动态装配方法。给液晶面板加交变的驱动电压、列像素与差分照明板形成一对光栅副,根据产生的干涉莫尔条纹,精准地调整光栅副间的夹角,完成了3D屏的安装;并对安装效果进行测试和分析,证明动态法装配的裸眼3D屏能准确地保证独立视区的形成,立体显示效果明显;应用动态装配法,降低了3D屏安装的复杂性,提高了装配精度和效率。

Abstract:The Naked eye stereoscopic display optical structure and dynamical assemble method was investiga- ted in this article. The screen alternating driving voltage, the column pixels and lighting board formation an pairs of gratings were provided, and the angle of grating was accurate adjusted according to the interference moire-fringe. The installation work of 3D panel was finished. The effect of installation was analyzed and tests ,and showed that the na- ked 3D panel could guarantee formation independent zone by dynamic assembly,and the stereoscopic display effect was obvious. The 3D screen installation complexity was reduced and the assembly precision and efficiency was im- proved by the dynamic assembly method, respectively.
